Day 32 Nicotine Free
So, give me another 58 days and I’ll mark this one thing Accomplished. I have two more months to go, but I’m already feeling confident that I can make this permanent. Anytime now I get the craving, I wait. It goes away. The tricky part at this point is operating under the misguided belief that I am now a non-smoker, so it won’t hurt to have one.
That is simply insanity.

hank you Cary:
I am so happy that you will be with your partner again, if even if he is in a 1/2 way House... it will be good to have him home I am sure.
Thanks for visiting my BLOG. It is my first attempt but it is a work in progress. I will thank Tammi for pointing you towards me.
My life after prison has been difficult but a blessing in disguise. I have had much success, and I will soon be on OPRAH and DATELINE in November. I will update my BLOG as soon as I know when it will air.
Please keep in touch... I would enjoy becoming your friend and I will help in any way that I can.
Not to worry about your privacy... I respect people and their happiness.
My number is 323-839-3141... call me if I can of some help as your partner transitions.
Take care and Best Wishes to both of you,
Fred
